Maths in mixed age classes.

We currently use white rose to support teacher workload, but it is really tricky to manage mixed age groups within a class (small school)
Any recommendations for an alternative?

We use WR too. But it only works as I have a TA, so we effectively split into separate year groups, with me alternating which group I am with depending on complexity of the steps, and the TA using the videos. I did one year where it was just me and I juggled between the years; while I did input for one year group, the other did follow up from previous day's marking and/or times tables or independent work based on teacher input from previous day (spaced learning.) Then juggled them within the lesson, some doing input with me whilst others did some independent work based on what O had just taught, then switched over. Hard but (just) doable - but supply couldn't cope.

I like WR but really don't think it works for mixed ages. You do need that extra adult to take one of the year groups.
