Has anyone noticed that schools and especially trusts are starting to use online application pages which are difficult to navigate and require you to fill in previous jobs with drop downs which don't allow for easy copy and pasting! It seems such a waste of time when the personal statement is the most important thing! Why have schools and trust done this!! It was annoying enough when schools had different application forms which slightly different forms with a few bits Mossi and! It is so so annoyjng! Even Tes has started this although quick apply is a GOD send! Stupid online forms have def put me off applying for jobs! thoughts?
