Tutor agency

I’m doing some private tuition on the side. I need more work and less hassle so I’m going to sign up to an agency. I have three choices:
agency 1: pay to sign up to their database and from there on can be contacted directly to their database. I’d be self employed.
agency 2: employed but they take a bit of my fee each lesson.
agency 3: self employed. Pay them when a parent expresses interest.
what’s the best route here?

Hi all, I'm looking for a local (Clapham Junction) tutor in maths or maths/english for my thirteen year old, to inspire, help engage again, and to build confidence. We are definitely not looking for exam hot-housing.
