Really struggling with things have years experience in care, learning disabilities and sen but only an Nqv in social care. Currently working in a sen school so own paygrades .on highest unqualified pay grade but doing everything that a level 3 T.A would do.
.
BUT the school pay more for my grade then a level 3 T.A in s state school but I am struggling in my head to be a unqualified staff member at nearly 50.

I want to move roles within school to more of a sen role but its all down to pay.I suppose.

Not really sure why it bothers me my pay grade but it does !

I think TA pay is always shocking, and I'm sure you are asked to do an awful lot for your pay.

Would the school support you to get qualifications whilst working?
