Could anyone please give me some tips/ideas on what kind of questions might be asked?
I have 25+ years experience of working in a stand alone nursery school as Level 3/4, but circumstances mean I need to move into a primary school.
I have an interview this week and am panicking now as I haven't had an interview for 18 years! Checking back on my notes and I'm not sure the same type of questions will be asked now.
Obviously I know safeguarding/SEN/behaviour management will crop up, but has anyone got any recent experience of interviewing/being interviewed that could give me a few pointers? How much will be focused on the EYFS framework?
I'm thinking questions for L2s and L3s may be different as well.
