M6 pay

I work every morning and have been given a 0.6 contract. Does this sound about right? My hours are 19.50 across the week. I have dropped one afternoon a week and gone from 24.38 hours. Have I lost nearly five hours a week? Confused! Thank you

I think 0.6 is correct for mornings, although I don't understand how you've lost nearly 5 hours! I always think people who are on mornings get a bit screwed. They get all the core subjects with the most planning, assessment and marking, and none of the fun subjects!

I teach a nursery class so full class responsibilities. Yes, I feel a bit like that at the moment.
