Supply in current school?

I work 0.5 at the moment, and am considering asking if I could do supply in my current school in the short term as I could do with the extra money for a few months. I suspect work will snatch my arm off as they really struggle to get decent supply in. Does anyone know whether I’d be paid on point or not? It’s not an academy, one of the few left that isn’t actually.

I think it still depends on your school. I've worked in a school who did this but there were set rates for supply staff so eg if you are on UPS, you would not get that.

Do others in the school do this?
