Sick policy. I'm sick but can I just have a few days off or do I need to get Dr. Sign off?

Usually, you can self certify for 7 days (I.e. you don't need a doctor's note).

If you are off for longer than 7 days (including weekends), you need a doctor's note.

@PumpkinPie2016 thanks so much thought so but feel so guilty. I've never been off (apart from covid) so I'm feeling the guilt, battled through last week with 1 day off but it's just dragged on and I'm still mot right so will gave to stay off. Thanks

Pumpkin is absolutely right. You can self cert for the first seven days.

Thanks @good96 will see how I am tomorrow but might have to go to Dr anyway.
