I am a TA in an academy school.

Last year as part of my performance management to achieve 3 objectives. I haven’t hit one of them due to being spread across 2 classes and not having enough time to do it.

What are the possible consequences of not hitting my objectives?

I have achieved my objectives in previous years and there hasn’t been any positive impact to me - should there have been?
