Hi, I've seen a job advertised in a local secondary school for a food technician. Is there anyone on here who is in a similar role? What does it involve at your school? I love cooking/baking and currently work as a TA in a primary school. I fancy a change so wondered about applying. Thanks

The food technician role is similar to a TA role where you are assisting the food tech teachers in practical lessons, having equipment and ingredients prepared and any other duties.
