Can anyone share experiences of passing threshold whilst working part time?

I did while part time. I had to put together evidence for why I met the criteria. I had a TLR for leading a subject at the time, which helped with the whole school impact part. Pretty sure it would be illegal to deny part time staff the opportunity to progress.
