I'm getting that Sunday night feeling, trying not to but mentally going over the lessons and knowing that it will be utterly full on from the minute I step in ... am a job share so no photocopying etc ready for the day .... exhausted just thinking about it all ahead! I know I'm not the only one!

Write it down. If you're going to keep going over stuff in your head, you'll never relax. So write down the stuff that you're thinking about, then it's out of your head. I find it so helpful, think it sort of gives me permission to switch off once it's on paper.

Yes I know when I get there I won't stop until I leave. I will have several loo breaks, one break to boil kettle and make a drink but not sit down to drink it and a 10-15 minute lunch break.

DH couldn't understand I didn't have time to have soup at lunch because it takes to long to heat and eat and digest!

There is no point in writing stuff down as that leads to a really long stressful.

There is also no point going over and over a lesson until the morning because you can't do anything about it until then. Get clothes and pack lunch ready, pack bag and then gin and tonic.

Have you spoken to your job share? They might be feeling the same way

Two options for the photocopying:

1- Could you send it at home to the printer the night before? I often send mine when I flick through my lessons the night ebfore so on my way in the next morning I can pick them up without needing to settle down then log in and print etc.
2- perhaps arrange with your job share to print for each other? E.g. if you work Mon/Tue then they could print your things Friday PM for Monday so they're ready for you and you could print their things for Wednesday on Tuesday PM? That way you won't ened to worry about the prep

Or, is there a way you could print during your PPA time?

Keep going x
