Pay slip says

Part time %- 1

Does this mean full time?

Most probably. Part time is usually described as a decimal (.8 is 80%). So 1 is full time. Odd having the % sign there as it should say 100% - just a error I'm sure. 1% wouldn't be worth getting out of bed for!
