I've had a few trip/event letters home already this year (pleased that trips are back on!) but they've all been missing at least one piece of key information. Would I be completely unreasonable to politely suggest that the schools (junior and senior school) use a template for trips? Key information:
Date of trip
Time child needs to be at school
Time child is expected to return to school
School uniform, PE kit or non-uniform
Packed lunch needed or not
Cost of trip
Payment arrangements, i.e. payable on Parentmail, by x date, installment plan available or not
Pupil Premium subsidy available or not
