School at tipping point

Will keep this one short - a brief chat with my union rep today threw up the fact our school is at 'tipping point'. We are well on the radar of our union, apparently. It's true, we're haemorrhaging students (high mobility area) and had a huge shift in management in the last couple of years to boot.

Has anyone been in a similar position recently, and what happened? I'm aware there is no money in education at all at the moment, but this is just next-level depressing. I'm exhausted already and we're only in week 3!

Tipping point of what? Industrial action? Academisation? Closure?

We're already an academy. Some staff action likely upcoming, but my gut feeling on this is closure/redundancies at the very least.
