I'm fulltime at the moment. Last year I negotiated a 4 day week after chatting to HT about wanting part time. This has now ended and she wants me 5 days as is my contract. I want 3 days. I will speak to her again but I'm wondering were I stand. Can I formally request 3 days and she has to look at it or would I need to look at resigning my ft position if I wanted 3 days?
