A Level Results Day

Anyone else started with the results day anxiety. Think it's going to be an odd one due to the past two years. Really feel for the outgoing year 13s who missed GCSEs.
It's also my first results day as HoD. Feels like a lot to do this summer still

I have a 6th form tutor group and this has been my favourite ever group so nervous about Thursday because they really have worked do hard and are lovely people and I just so hope they get their grades.

I start teaching (well, going back to teaching after two and a half years of break) from Sept 2022.
Will I get paid for August from the new school?
I won’t get any pay for August from my last school as I worked through an agency!
