I will be working in Year 4 as supply from September until Christmas. I have worked in this school a lot before. A lot of the stuff I am prepared to do probably doesn't fit within the expectations of a supply role but I am prepared to be flexible and operate on a goodwill system. I feel a burned a little by this school though as on more than one occasion the goodwill has not been reciprocated. I feel I need to establish greater boundaries. As a supply, should I be in prepping a class in the summer? I have done it in the past as much for my own peace of mind but now I feel like a bit of a mug. Also should a supply take responsibility for a subject? Thanks
