So I thought these were just for HoD/SLT roles, but I've been told I've got an interview next week, and there will be a data task. It's for a secondary English teacher. I'm assuming it's something like a set of class data and I have to suggest next steps? What form is this written; like a report? I'm worried about looking stupid and not knowing what to say!
