KIT days and pay while on leave

My leave is coming to an end in September and I have a new job lined up moving from la to academy. The info I have says that if I move to an academy I 'may' have to pay it back. I take it my old school will know and work it out, or is there another way to find out??
Also, KIT days. I know I can have 10 of them, does that apply to using them at my new school as I know they'd like me to get some time in to meet my new class? And am I right that I could perhaps be paid for them if my SMP has finished?
Sorry lots of questions. It's a bit confusing and then add different schools and possibilities to it any info or personal experiences of this would be helpful to hear about. Thanks

If it will be counted as a different employer then your KIT days are irrelevant as they would be for using with your current employer.
