Personal statement for SEN school

Could someone please help me with my personal statement? I am applying to work with SEN students.

I am a qualified teacher but have been working at the same school for over 20 years so I have very little experience in applying for jobs. I just need to see the kind of things people would write. Could you send me a screenshot of your statement via PM or please advise me on what it should look like?

I actually think that the main thing is to answer all of the points on the job spec and the person spec in order Don't worry if it doesn't "flow", just put a sentence at the top that this is what you are doing. I interview as part of my role and it makes it really clear when candidates do this that they have read and really considered what the job is about. If you can't do everything on the spec say so and that you are willing to learn. Also makes it very simple to check against the spec to see if they are worth interviewing and not waste their our our time. Good luck.
