Sendco Assistant Interview

Hi all,

I have an interview for Sendco Assistant role next week, and I’m trying to prepare for it. Unfortunately there isn’t much available on Google as to what I need to know.

Anyone have any idea what kind of questions/tasks I would have to do for this position?

Any tips/advice/suggestions much appreciated!

It depends on the job spec really -assistant senco can look very different in different schools

On ours it's very admin heavy, in others the assistant senco runs lots of interventions so it does affect the focus of the interview process

As with all jobs in education -always expect a safeguarding question
