I've had a nasty dose of Covid. Been off last week and was still testing positive. I'm still not well and due back tomorrow. My question is will I need a sick note? I know you can self certify for 7 days so do the previous days count as that or as covid isolation?
Second question- I've had some MH issues and have already met the absence trigger. Very unlike me, this past year has just been very tough. Anyway, if I am off this week with covid related illness will that be counted against me?
