Has anyone failed their ECT/ NQT year

Have many reviews do you need to fail to fail the whole year? im on my 7th month and now their telling me I may fail? becaue im not meeting some standars - is that how simple it is ? i can just fail without being placed on support plan or anythign ?

Can they put ECts on support plan?

As I've said on your other thread, no they can't just fail you without a support plan. And if you're "failing" three weeks before term two ends and they've only just raised this, they are not following protocols.
