Looking for some advice. I've been asked to give a presentation in an interview for a HoD role about the priorities you identify and steps you will take. It's my first interview for a HoD role and I'm not sure where to start. I have some ideas etc. but not sure how to structure it, how long it will be, what they're look for etc. Does anyone have any advice?
