LMS systems and support

Hi all teachers
As my username suggests I am looking for peoples experiences to help with a talk I am doing on education during the pandemic (for people with disabilities).
It's not an article, it's just for a conference talk next month but if people don't want to shares views that could be picked up by a paper i'd welcome any direct messages.

I'd like to know what help or support your school gave you in using an online Learning Management System?
Were you shown how to add content?
Were you shown how to create content?
Were you shown any accessibility features to support students that need to adapt content?

Additionally, if any of the above wasn't shown to you during the height of the pandemic, have you been shown since?

Thanks so much for anything you're able/willing to share

We had no training whatsoever (state secondary), have had no training since and accessibility was, and still is, not on anybody’s radar.

Thanks @PenOrPencil that was my understanding but it's always good to hear it from multiple sources.
Can I ask if any of your students with print disabilities (learning disabilities or dyslexia for example) had a difference through the online learning. Did any students report it was easier/ harder than in the classroom?
Are you still using the LMS systems in hybrid with classroom teaching?

I'd love to hear other people's experiences still - especially if anyone has had any support or Accessibility training for creating content.
