What's RP?

Just been looking at a job advert (primary SEN) and it states "must have knowledge in the use of RP". What does that mean please? Many thanks

I would assume it meant restorative practice. It's a whole school approach on expectations and management of behaviour - basically giving children the experience of understanding how their behaviour effects themselves and others, and being given a chance to learn and change. Have a look at this school's behaviour policy.

@thebookeatinggirl - thank you! That makes sense... we used to call it Restorative Justice in our old school.
