I have an interview tomorrow for a Head of Department role in a Core subject (Maths). I think the role is a really good fit for me, the school looks lovely, I'm prepped for my lesson etc.
I think I've planned for all of the obvious interview questions, but if anyone has any less usual questions or bits of advice they would be very gratefully received!
