Survey for New Start-Up! (Teachers and Students)

We are a new, exciting startup wanting to help KS2-5 students with their studies and we want to hear from TEACHERS and STUDENTS about how they feel about education in England and Wales! I tried, but it wouldn't submit as I was not able to answer all of the questions. The options weren't there.
