Burgandy book: How does company maternity pay work?

Hey!
I'm currently on my maternity leave with plans to return around Easter time.
How do CMP and SMP accumulate after maternity leave?
I'm asking this as my husband and I are planning to have our children relatively close together in age, but obviously money and maternity pay is something we would need to consider.
Does the burgandy book actually state anything or have I just missed this? Does anyone know about CMP and SMP after mat leave?

Apologies if I'm misunderstanding but do you mean how will your maternity pay be calculated for your next maternity leave? If so I believe it is to do with how much you earn in the "qualifying week" which has a very specific definition but which I think is something like the 23rd week of your pregnancy...

What I mean is, is there a set number of weeks I need to work to qualify for both CMP and SMP again?
