We have a meeting each week. I work 4 days but spread over 5 days. Do I attend all meetings? I think 4 out of 5 but SLT are stating all.

Your directed time in total should be 4/5 of the directed time of a full timer.
If they are wanting you to attend 100% of meetings, they would need to release you elsewhere.

You need to calculate total directed time. It might be okay if you don't have to do any break duties and/or fewer parents evenings.
If your total directed time comes out at more than it should, tell them and ask what it would be best to skip. There may be some staff meetings or parts of staff meetings that are not relevant to you (because you don't teach that subject or year group), so those would be obvious candidates.

Your directed time budget for 'out of school' hours should be proportional to a full timers. So you are correct in saying you should be 4 out of 5 meetings. They can't cut your duties during the school day and then add them to after school activities like meetings in a higher proportion than full-timers have to do as that is discriminatory.
See 51.10 and 51.11 of current STPCD - That's my understanding anyway, and how I've always been treated as a part-timer in a Primary school.
