SLT interview advice please

Hello fellow teachers 😄 I’ve been offered an interview for an Assistant Headteacher role next week. I’m alternating between knowing I absolutely can do it and terrible impostor syndrome. Would anyone have any advice please? I’d especially like some tips about the inevitable data task if possible. Thank you.

What's the focus of the role? Have you been asked to prepare anything for it?

Sorry Radagast - no, they said that the role would be fitted to the candidate’s skills. I’ve prepared a lesson, and looked at all the data.

If it's not too late make sure you have a plan for what to do with the data. Data is only useful if it leads to better outcomes for the students
