Covid and going back to work

Hi, my 2 dcs have Covid and my hubby now has symptoms. I am testing negative so far. I'm supposed to be returning to the classroom. I'm a TA and midday Supervisor. Feel a bit uncomfortable returning with my household being positive but I guess that's what I need to do if I'm still testing negative? Currently have no symptoms.

I assume you are fully vaccinated? Depending on the age of your DC, you might need to take time off to look after them as DH is ill - but of course that would be unpaid. If that isn't an issue, and if I were in your shoes, I would probably get the school to make the decision whether they wanted me in in those circumstances.

Thanks for replying. Yes I'm fully vaccinated. My children are 7 and 10. Hubby not too poorly. I think I'm going to have to try and get them to make the decision yes.

The school will definitely tell you to come in. The guidance has changed and everyone testing negative with no symptoms is expected in.
