Teaching interview tonight

I have an interview tonight and need some help. It’s so long since I interviewed what are the buzz words/terms to make sure I include in my answers

Only just found the staff room!

How did you get on? I had an interview before Christmas and was surprised by the bright young things and the new buzz words! So confident I couldn't help me impressed and envious. I didn't get the job but made me realise that I need to refresh!
