Waiting on PCR results-told to go in

Hi,
I developed covid symptons over he weekend and sent off a PCR test today. My headteacher rang me and said I don't need to isolate if I'm double vaccinated, which from what I can tell, isn't the case?
She also said Mondays are 'really hard to cover' and I've already had time off this term. She ended it by telling me to ring her in the morning to let her know if I feel better.
I'm not sure what to do now. Help!

They are wrong as you have symptoms. It's contacts that don't need to isolate if waiting for results if they have no symptoms

@dementedpixie that's what I thought. I've just checked our risk assessment and it says staff who have symptoms need to isolate. I'm not sure how to say this in the morning without her getting angry. I'm also worried that she mentioned I'd already been off this term.

Hope this was ok OP! And that you are.

Thank you @JanglyBeads, luckily it was negative. I've gone in today (probably shouldn't have as my voice is suffering). My headteacher doesn't understand the covid isolation rules is what I've learnt from this week! She told someone to come in with a positive PCR test...
