Applying for UPS after mat leave

Hi
I've just returned from maternity leave and want to apply for ups. I know there's something about how mat leave can't count against you but obviously I don't have any evidence from last academic year and not much from the year before because of the lockdowns.
Does anyone know where I stand? Is it ok to submit evidence from 2 years ago???

You are not supposed to be disadvantaged by taking maternity, so if you met the criteria, prior to going on maternity leave, you should realistically be allowed to use older evidence. Not sure if counting the mat leave as part of the time required, is ok though.
