Hi all,

I have got an interview for a student support role at my local college. I come from a SEN teaching background and haven't had loads to do with GCSEs before. I have to teach students graded GCSE U-3in Maths. My question is, what is what age would you equate U-3 so I know how to pitch it?

A U could potentially struggle to add two single digit numbers using their fingers.

A 3 could probably find simple percentages, do some algebra, find areas of rectangles, triangles etc.

What exactly are you teaching them?
