TLR interview

I already hold a TLR, but I have to re-interview this week due to a restructure. I have covid (and serious covid brain fog) so struggling to get my thoughts together a bit.

What kind of general questions should I be expecting? And current hot topics? It's not subject specific as they're interviewing all current TLRs and then allocating areas (SEND school). I have no recollection at all of my last TLR interview, which was about 3 years ago.

Safeguarding-make sure you know who is DSL/DDSL, seems to change a lot at my school!
And general safeguarding questions

Things you’ve led, impact, your plans for the role. Dealing with reluctant / difficult colleagues. A challenge you’ve overcome. How would you deliver x project.

Now you've said those Prof, I'm pretty sure that's what I got asked last time. The last one was easier to prepare for as it was subject specific, whereas this isn't! I can barely string two words that make sense together at the moment, and I've told them I'll be turning up in pyjamas 😂
