Interview for Receptionist

Hi All
I have an interview for Receptionist at my local secondary school and am wondering what type of questions they may ask? Also have a 30min written exercise to do.
Any particular prep you would recommend I do in advance ? I've many years experience in admin/customer service but haven't worked in a school setting before.

There will be a safeguarding question, probably about what you would do if a child told you they needed you to keep a secret.

It's likely there will be several questions on safeguarding. Our first question is what do you understand by the word safeguarding. And research British Values. Good luck!

At the end of the interview they usually ask if I have any questions.... any suggestions?

Could ask about your role in first aid? So many receptionists (def in primary) seem to spend half their role as plaster dispenser!
