Has anyone's school actually closed due to insufficient staff numbers. I fear that we won't have enough staff to run the school safely due to bubbles popping everywhere
Thank you

Yes. My dd1's secondary school had to shut early back in December after several year groups and staff got sent home and then there weren't enough teachers left in school to teach the remaining year groups!

I felt in November and December that our school wasn't safe. So many staff off. But we didn't close.

We've had several more bubbles pop, but today two of our youngest classes popped - tomorrow is the last day of term , so sorry for them .
