Hi everyone, I applied for a job in a local primary school 2 days a week from Sept, which is just perfect for my family. I really looked at the essential and desirable criteria and made sure I worked them into my application. Shortlisting was yesterday and I haven't heard anything. Interviews are next week. It's a lost cause isn't it? I can't pretend I'm not gutted because I am. Part time jobs are so few and far between! In my experience (I've been teaching 15 years plus), shortlisted applicants are called on the day of shortlisting. Many thanks x
