Is there such a thing as a SIMS guidebook?

I've been using SIMS for years (no-teaching) and consider myself competent at everyday stuff - registers, data entry, attendance, finding student info etc.

Recent change to job role means I now need to run reports fairly frequently. I know how to set up a few reports and export to excel, but the ones I need seem to be more complex, and rather waste hours trial-and-error-ing it (and getting frustrated by the help icon) I wonder if you can point me in the direction of a guide/YouTube video etc?
