I'm a SENCo in an 11-16 school. I'm contemplating applying for a Post 16 Provision Coordinator at a local special school. I've done lots of research and it sounds really interesting, but realise I have no experience of special schools so may not stand a chance!
Has anyone got any advice with applying? I've read up on the PfA Programme but there must be so much more. Any tips anyone?
