I'm currently a teacher but have applied for an education role in the council which is part time and TTO only. Just trying to calculate pay how many weeks would it be paid for is it 38 or 39 and then is there 4 weeks holiday pay to add to that?

It differs by council, I would check with HR.

@Ineedaholiday1
Hi take the salary divide it by 52 weeks and times by 45.2 , assuming you are working 36 hours

39 weeks is the number of weeks in school but it is actually 45.2 since you will be paid over the holidays.

If you were working term time plus 2 weeks you need times it by 47.2 . Hope this makes sense?
