Multiple Observations....

Returned to teaching in January, so straight into online classes, back in the classroom for just 3 weeks now with students who have been thoroughly messed about with changes of teacher and lockdown. Yes, I've had a few issues with classroom behaviour, but my HOD has now observed 3 lessons without warning in two weeks including the same class twice within 48 hours. After each I've had very critical email feedback, some of which I do take on board but other comments are just not correct or require clarification. At no point has a single positive comment been made. Am I being over sensitive or would you consider this fair and appropriate? Thanks

I would be discussing with union, especially the without warning aspect.

Are these actual full on observations or "learning walk/drop in" type observations? (A good way of getting round the limit on observations that certainly used to be in place!)
