I am leaving teaching in April and wondering should i try to cope with the next 4 weeks or get signed off. I am struggling with the idea of going back in this climate. please help

I am really sorry to hear that you are feeling like this. Do what’s right for you. We are all replaceable in this job. My plans are to leave teaching altogether soon too. For now I must plough on due to financial reasons.

i tried i really did, went in for a few days but woke up this morning with that feeling i had before when i was off with anxiety a few years ago. waiting for the doctor to call
