How can I become an outstanding teacher on placement?

So we have the review forms and I’m hoping some mentors can chime in here.

I’ve done my utmost with the current situation and I got the review that I’m on track to meet all standards. However I noticed the option to be graded outstanding was also there. I don’t know how you could do that with the current situation.

But could you advise how I could get there? What can I do?

Teaching is all about progress. Your school needs to show that they are helping you make progress, therefore you need to start off with some room to the top. You will probably be outstanding by the end.
Cynical, me?

You were considering quitting your placement on Sunday, it's a bit of a leap from that to looking for practical ways to tick off outstanding.

I'd just put your head down and concentrate on getting to the end of your training without too much impact on your own mental health.
