Hi,

I'm doing an assignment on safeguarding and I'm a bit stuck.

What is the procedure when a child has accused somebody of abuse that is a school colleague and/or slt?

We've not covered this, only abuse outside of school etc.

Would it be same procedure for any accusations except you would contact chair of governors and LADO and not slt?

Thank you

If it's a colleague, still the DSL. Unless the accusation is against the DSL.

Colleague = still dsl.
DSL = deputy dsl.

Or call safeguarding hub (at county) yourself.
