Getting QTS

Wondering if anyone can help. I have a PGCE in further, higher and adult education and don't have QTS. I have taught A levels in a sixth form college and GCSE at an independent for over 10 years but have taken the last couple of years off to look after dc. I am now wanting to go back and would like to work in secondary, just researching the best way to get QTS which would broaden the number of jobs I could apply for. Thanks

There is an assessment only route into teaching but you need to be working in school to get it
