Free KS1 & KS2 Streamed Storytelling Performance

World Book Day is a celebration of stories. The day is marked in over 100 countries across the world. Arts charity Settle Stories are delighted to offer you two free online storytelling performances (one for KS1 & one for KS2) to help your pupils have the best World Book Day ever with professional storyteller Alia Alzougbi.

In these uncertain times, we have reworked our live offer into an event that can be streamed live into your classroom or to your pupil’s homes.

The Story – Arabian Nights:
Arabic storyteller Alia will welcome your pupils to Ancient Arabia. Step into the story and be delighted for a mischievous hour as she recounts some of the lesser-known stories from the timeless collection of the Arabian Nights.

With more than one thousand and one stories to choose from, and an even wider array of weird and wonderful characters with them, who will Luck have you meet? Will it be giant beasts, singing trees, devilish ghouls or crafty thieves? Or will it be the ordinary people who find themselves in these strange and magical worlds?

FREE BOOKING
We are offering two live performances tailored to different Key Stage groups:

*KS1 SHOW: (9.30-10.15am on Wed 3rd March) is suitable for KS1 (ages 5-7)

*KS2 SHOW: (1.30-2.15pm on Wed 3rd March) is suitable for KS2 (ages 7-11)

If your pupils are at home you just need to send the booking link to families so they can book.
